There are much better products available for Apple & Android platforms nowadays that run on your phone and are great to use. I have owned this product for over 2 years, and the software has never worked properly. I gave up and stopped using it earlier this year after my latest contact to the company was ignored. I have made multiple attempts to get support, but they have been ignored. This product has not ever performed as advertised for me, and the company has refused to help get their product working correctly. The latest software update once again failed to function properly.
